Runner Beans and Quail Eggs Salad
Original Abkhazian cuisine recipe of runner beans and quail eggs salad is ideal for those who take care about their health. Well balanced combination of proteins and carbohydrates and look pretty delicious.
Ingredients: 200 g runner beans,
10 quail eggs,
200 g canned green peas,
200 g young potatos,
150 g sour cream,
4 coriander branches,
4 fresh mint leaves,
20 g butter,
salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation:

  Recipe of runner beans and quail eggs salad will surprise you by its simplicity and good taste.
Stew bean pods for 20-25 min at medium heat.
  Rinse potatoes and boil it in salted water, peel potato and dice it. Boil quail eggs for about 7 min and remove eggshells. Take green beans out of can, rinse it and stew in oil for 3-4 min.
  Put all ingredients into a salad bowl. Mix sour cream with chopped mint, coriander, salt and pepper. Stir carefully and pour it into the salad.
