Fish Salad
The traditional German Fish Salad is very easy to cook.
Ingredients: 500 g fish,
1 onion,
1 cucumber in vinegar,
2 eggs,
3 tbsp mustard,
3 tbsp oil,
vinegar,
salt,
pepper to taste.
Preparation:

  This Fish Salad recipe allows you to enjoy fish flavour in an unusual way.
  Wash fish, remove the guts and slice it.
  Also dice onion, cucumber and eggs.
  Mix all the ingredients with vinegar, salt and pepper.
