Stuffed Tongue
We highly recommend you to taste this exquisite Stuffed Tongue.
Ingredients: 400 g boiled tongue,
4 eggs,
60 g mayonnaise,
20 g sour cream,
5 g parsley and dill,
green salad,
salt to taste.
Preparation:

  It's an excellent German Stuffed Tongue recipe.
  Slice the tongue.
  Boil eggs, shell and dice them, add green salad, sour cream, mayonnaise and salt.
  Put green salad on each piece of the tongue and cover it with another piece of the tongue.
