German Consomme
Taste the balanced flavour of the beef broth and horseradish roots in the traditional German Consomme.
Ingredients: 1l beef broth,
220 g red cabbage,
200 g sausages,
50 g horseradish roots,
parsley,
salt to taste.
Preparation:

  Taste the original flavoured German Consomme recipe.
  Chop red cabbage and cook it in salted water.
  Boil sausages and chop them. Peel horseradish roots and grate them.
  Pour hot broth on all ingredients and garnish the course with greens.
