Munich Fish
Munich Fish is a light and tasty course.
Ingredients: 1 kg zander or halibut,
20 g butter,
25 g flour,
300 g beer,
200 g fish broth,
15 g lemon juice,
sugar,
salt to taste.
Preparation:

  Ut's a healthy Munich Fish recipe for you and your family.
  Wash fish, remove guts and slice it. Cook the slices in salted water.
  Melt some butter and fry some flour there. Add fish broth, beer and bring everything to boil.
  Dress the broth with lemon juice, salt and sugar.
  Serve the fish with this sauce.
