2 bunches prunes,
1 pomegranate,
1 tbsp butter.

  First of all wash chicken, rub it with salt from inside and outside. Mince onions, prunes and raisins in a mincing machine. Then add salt and simmer it in butter in a frying pan with a lid on. Add pomegranate seeds into cooked stuffing and stir it carefully so that they don't crush. Stuff the chicken with this filling, needle the hole with a coarse thread. Trice the chicken sticks. Put the fetlocked chicken on a skewer and roast it until ready.
